Al Sakhr Lifting Equipment Store
 
In our commitment to earning our customers’ trust and providing a professional purchasing experience in lifting equipment and industrial tools, we confirm that all products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality and safety standards. Products are securely packaged to guarantee delivery in proper condition and free from manufacturing defects.
 
Due to the nature of lifting products and associated occupational safety requirements, return requests are subject to the following conditions:
 
 
Return Conditions
* Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
* Products must be completely unused and in their original condition, with all labels and original packaging intact and unopened.
* Any product that has been installed, used, or subjected to any load or field testing cannot be returned in order to maintain safety standards.
* If there is no manufacturing defect and the customer wishes to return the item, the customer shall bear the full shipping costs (both ways).
* Shipping fees and Cash on Delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
* If the customer received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted upon return.
* Custom-made or cut-to-size products (such as steel wire ropes cut to specific lengths or tailored items) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
* Products purchased under special offers or clearance sales may not be eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
* Items purchased using store vouchers cannot be refunded in cash.
 
 
 Manufacturing Defects
If a product is received with a clear manufacturing defect:
- The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos.
- After verification, the product will be replaced or refunded without charging the customer any shipping fees.
 
 
Return Process
1. Contact customer service via the phone number or email registered on the website.
2. A return shipping label will be provided if applicable.
3. The product must be returned in its original condition.
4. Once the product is received and inspected to ensure compliance with the return conditions, the request will be approved.
 
 
Refund Method
- For payments made by bank card or bank transfer, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 21 business days, depending on the bank.
- For Cash on Delivery payments, the amount will be transferred via bank transfer after providing account details.
- No refund will be processed until the product has been received, inspected, and approved.
 
Important Notice
As lifting products are classified as industrial safety equipment, any actual use or load application of the product voids the right to return, in order to protect user safety and comply with approved technical standards.
