Introduction to the Terms of Use
Our online store welcomes you and informs you that you will find below the terms and conditions governing your use of the store and all legal effects resulting from your use of the store’s services through this electronic platform. The use of the store by any person—whether as a consumer of a service or product or otherwise—constitutes their approval and acceptance, with full legal capacity recognized under Sharia and applicable laws, of all the provisions and terms of this Agreement, and confirmation of their commitment thereto.
This Agreement applies to all types of transactions between the store and the consumer. It becomes effective and binding upon your approval and commencement of registration in the store, in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.
Article One – Introduction and Definitions
1. Store: Includes all forms of the store online, whether an electronic application, a website, or a physical commercial shop.
2. Consumer: Any person who engages in e-commerce to obtain products or services offered by the store through its electronic platform.
3. Agreement: Refers to these terms and conditions governing and regulating the relationship between the parties to the Agreement.
Article Two – Consumer’s Legal Capacity
1. The consumer acknowledges that they possess the legally recognized capacity under Sharia and applicable law to transact with the store, or that they are at least 18 years old.
2. In the event of violation of the above, the consumer shall bear full legal consequences arising therefrom.
Article Three – Nature of the Obligation
1. The store undertakes to provide the products or services requested by the consumer.
2. The store may offer additional services, such as after-sales services, depending on the nature of the product or service.
Article Four – Usage Controls
1. The consumer shall use the store’s platform in compliance with public morals and the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The consumer shall not use the products or services in any manner that violates applicable laws or public morals.
